I would give zero stars if possible

I placed a £350 order and received the wrong item. After contacting customer service with photographic evidence, they assured me I wouldn’t be charged for returns. However, I was indeed charged after returning the item. When I provided the tracking number, they informed me I would be charged and asked me to wait for confirmation of the return. After seven days with no update on when my item will be sent to me, I contacted them again, only to be told they will review their CCTV footage to verify the return, even thought they emailed me that they had received my returned items, and might consider withholding my refund. As a long-time customer, being treated like a criminal after waiting over a month for the correct item to be sent to me is deeply upsetting. I won’t be shopping here again.

Just to update, I've received the refund for the trousers, but I'm still waiting for the £2 return refund and an apology.

UPDATE -
Thank you for further details.

It was not very clearly explained that the return fee was blocked for the incorrect item only, I have gone ahead and refunded the £2 return fee.

To clarify for future returns, there will be a fee applicable to items returned, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Thank you
-KM

The equipment in Manchester First St is…

The equipment in Manchester First St is a lot better quality than other pure gym sites I have been to, the facilities are clean.
However, with the limited space in the building I find the changing rooms very small, as I have not a lot of space to sit down and do my makeup after my work out/ on the way to work. I am also not a fan of having to buy a locker to store my bags in the changing rooms. Other gyms I have been to have a wristband or code on the lockers. Also having to load the app every time I want to leave and enter the gym isn't ideal as my phone isn't always fully charged, it would be great if their was a physical card or badge I could swipe to enter the gym instead.
