Updated: Initially I rated 2 stars, but after sending an email to their complaints department they have issued a full refund for the defective credit report, thank you.

Customer service was really friendly and they tried to be helpul, but I guess the company places some limitations on them.

I ordered a company credit check (which is not available for free in any capacity). Only to get it and have the details of my 2 week old company be incorrect, although they are correct on asic.

I had to apply for a change, they were fantastic with getting the change done very fast as I mentioned how urgently I needed the report for some legal compliance.

But then I can't get a replacement report for free, I'm broke I spent my last $100 on the first credit report, I need it within days for some legal compliance and now I can't get my credit report in time because I cant afford to buy the repaired copy of my credit report, so $100 was a total waste and I don't know what I'm supposed to do..

I signed up on the $20 discount, but within the next minute they tried to up sell me on about 5 different things totalling nearly an extra $200. Made to feel like I wasted the $20 unless I have the money for all of the extras.

It has soured the whole experience, instead of feeling like I'm ready and have what I need to successfully finish the course, it's left me feeling like I lack the money to actually succeed.
