The perfumes quality is high but the company has non-existent customer service. My communications via e-mail, the phone or through the website over several months have stayed unanswered 100% of time. At the moment the UK website is a mess. Most the perfume oils state a price i.e. £8 for 3ml, yet when you click to order the price rockets to £39 or higher for 3ml of the perfume oil. It makes it impossible to buy for any rational customer.
The response from Reeh Al Madinah is very disappointing and factually incorrect. I requested a refund from Paypal (because the company ignored my communications) on 6/1/26 and because the order had not been delivered by then. EVRI delivered the package on 7/1/26 and I contacted the company immediately and again had not received any response. I have sent many e-mails to the two e-addresses given and through their website without ever receiving a response both before and after 7/1/26. Even just now looking at their UK website - Amber Oud oil advertised as £10 for 3ml jumps to £68 for 3ml when you want to buy it. The only other recent reviewer stated AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am now inclined to agree. Such a pity because their products are high quality in my opinion, but their ethos and customer service is lamentable. Obviousy there is also no will to get their UK website working properly. As of this evening (24/1/26) I am glad to say that the serious glitches with pricing on the UK website appear to be fixed. I have sent Reeh Al Madinah another communication through their website and copied it to the e-address they give on their website. I do hope to receive a response and assistance I need.
(I have given Reeh Al Madinah a lot of time to respond to this review properly. They have not. They are an unscrupulous company who in their response shamelessly lies. Instead of an apology, finally providing some customer service and perhaps a gesture of good will, I have been accused falsely of something I have never done. I cannot see how Paypal and Evri provided the company with different data to what they provided me with - which is accounted for above. I stand by my rating of this company and recommend that people avoid it.)
For accuracy's sake I am not going to delete any portion of the review. Today, 29/1/26 I have finally received a proper, considered customer service communication which included what appears to be a sincere apology and a way forward, though it is very disappointing to see the text of their response here is unchanged and I am still standing accused in public of something I have never done. 6/2/26 I am very grateful that there has been a real resolution reached to the multiple problems. I sincerely hope that if I remain a customer of this company - and their products are high quality - I will have a very different experience, and therefore any future rating would be different based on the new experience.
