The deal was explained to me in a way that I thought I was getting certain things with the car. The rep was very insistent we have to give him the service history of my vehicle and to go back to my garage for the stamps to be added. Which I did. The ford rep asked if I had both my keys for my car which I did. We completed the deal and he said come back tomorrow and we'll tax the car and put £25 fuel in the car for you. I came back the next and I had to tax the car, which I raised with him the he had said, "we'll tax the car" I presume the we was the company. Then after taxing the car he gave me the car key and was walking away. When I asked Where's the second key he said there isn't one. When I then drove home and looked in the glove box there's no manual and no service history. Plus as it was raining I discovered the wiper blade are worn and don't remove rain from the windscreen. I have rang the dealer and explained if I knew these things during the negotiations I would have asked for money off. The dealer explained they'd speak to manager and call me back but they haven't. I'm going to drive there tomorrow and look to hand the car back
