I am getting very frustrated as I am trying to do an exchange. I bought leggings as a Christmas present in the wrong size and all I want is to exchange for the next size.

I have attempted to contact them with my details but because they were purchased the end of October they are implying the 30 days are up to return, although they state there are exceptions for the festive time. There is no phone number for me to speak with anyone and I just feel I'm going around in circles.

In response to your comment below, I attempted on numerous occasions to fill out the form, it wouldn't accept the order number therefore making it impossible to send. I also sent two messages over Christmas via the message sent to me with regards to the delivery of this item.

I am not asking for a refund. The item is still in its packaging, all I'm asking for is a larger size.

Surely you must understand how frustrating it's been especially as this item was bought as a Christmas present.

Our extended returns policy came into place on 16/11 therefore, any orders placed before this date are not subject to the extended returns policy - in the event you wish to order before this date, please ensure you check this with the customer care team so we can provide you with all the relevant information, as we did not have any information online about returning for an extended period in October.
