USELESS
Honestly I am livid. I have been trying to return a parcel all week. I issued the return. Got the QR code. Went to a store, printed the label. The man in the shop said it was invalid. Even though id just printed in store.
I have been going back and forth with useless emails from customer service. Twice ive been told they have arranged a collection. And today they emailed and said they are waiting for my parcel to reach them. They are incredibly useless.
Ive tried to call. The number is useless because you need a parcel reference AND MY REFERENCE IS OBVIOUSLY INVALID!! No one is helping
