Fitness session at it's best
It's a nice friendly setting, great flexibility to work out in different areas and equipments, with amazing classes to join. Thanks Lee and George for conducting these sessions so well, and for always bringing out the best from everyone attending!

Hi - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. We do our very best to provide a wide range of kit so that members have a variety of ways to workout and we love being able to help and chat to our members when given the opportunity to do so! We couldn't agree more on that one; we know flexibility is important to our members and we are here to provide!
