delivery is done on time. I asked the delivery lady whether she can take back the pallet after i get my box she told me that she did not have time. It sounds strange because it took less than a minute to remove the box from the pallet. That might not be their duty to collect pallet from the customer but it would have been nice to pick it up

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. There must've been some misunderstanding, because the pallet is part of the actual shipment and provided by your sender. So even if there was time, it's not our practice to take back the pallet. It's part of the packaging. In other words: it's now yours, included in the delivery :)
