Ok.so the service was ok. my dog was in and assessed but one thing that I didn’t agree with was that the client before me was asked if she was insured or not and when she replied no, was then asked if she wanted to give a £1 donation to a blood bank, she declined. When it came my dog and was asked about insurance I replied yes and I wasn’t asked about the donation but on studying the invoice which was later emailed to me I noticed the donation was automatically added. Now if I was paying bill the £1 wouldn’t be an issue but just because it was going through the insurance it was automatically applied. It’s insured whack it on the bill. Vets bills are a sting.
