Still nothing heard back.
I've left a previous review below. Since last year we have been awaiting a new front patio door. They came to fit it after half a year and had not measured it correctly in the first place.

I've had two members of staff give them me their direct contact details and they are now ghosting us.

I hope by writing this someone in this company will finally respon.

Helpful and supportive.
Given good advice regarding moving on.
The team in the Milton Keynes shop are to be commended.

Purchased a Segway moped.
Advised and sorted.
Overall happy with process.
Will be taking back for service.

For over 6 months they have strung us on trying to get our patio door changed.
Everytime we put a negative review they finally get back in touch. I have no idea where all these positive reviews have come from as this has been without a doubt a terrible unprofessional experience. The last negative review we left led to the owner XXXXX calling us to ask us to take it down and that this would be fixed. The promise we would have this sorted has not been delivered and our messages ignored. You must avoid this company unless you want your money taken and nothing delivered. I wish we had seen reviews showing us this truth before.

Edit - 7/8/25 - I had a message asking me to remove the name of the owner as Homestyle Windows have reported it for going against trustpilot rules. This is fair and I have done so.
Unfortunately what we do not have is our patio sorted. We paid on the 11th of November 2024 and are still awaiting a date.

Update 30/8/25
Having been called and offered a Saturday date to install at short notice which was appreciated when they came the arch door didn't fit. Since November 2024 we have been waiting and when they have finally come it doesn't fit or work. They have made another template but we are lost for words with this company.

So far very happy with our soft bed. Seems to be holding up well but time will tell.
Delivery team were helpful.
Overall a decent experience.

Absent service devoid of any recompense. Despite being given delivery dates the parcels do not arrive. It is impossible to speak to a human with their AI service blocking you. When you do get to a chat service you are unable to get any sort of answers. Considering what they cost I would have expected better. Brand was a lot better in the past.
