one of the best customer service out there.

I had an outstanding experience dealing with Elegoo, very kind and understanding. I had a printer that was damaged in transit, they immediately agreed on replacing it with a new unit that I received 5 business days later. Can't be more happy and greatful that they had my back. One of the best customer services out there.

Replaced an expensive damaged item.

Seel replaced an expensive item that arrived damaged in shipping. Uploaded a few pictures for proof and sat back while they sorted it out. Thank you Jessie for all your help 👍🏼

Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service. No attempt was made to deliver but had the audacity to say customer was not in. I saw the driver drive straight past! Lost a day's work because of this. DPD is the way to go, never have a problem.
