Booked an appointment, arrived at the required time. Waited over 90 minutes to be seen. No apology given during that wait. Needed a tooth out. Given numbing injection. Paid £500 for the privilege. 90 minutes later still waiting to have the tooth removed. The receptionist did offer an apology to the whole room at about 30 minutes into my second 90 minute wait.
Still waiting ...
Went in 2 hours after anaesthetic given. The most painful experience of my life. I told them the anaesthetic had worn off. Gave me more but it was too late. They were panicking as I was in pain and at their point of no return. My wife could hear me in the waiting room and was really upset ...
