Lux skin neck and face not delivered
I purchased the Lux skin neck and face. It was being advertised on Facebook if you purchased by a certain day that it was free, however, it meant to actually buy one get one free once I had completed my order. After receiving a notification that my package had been delivered that day. I went to my apartment complex mail room that is locked and secured. After searching for a couple of days I reached out to the company to notify them that I had not received a package. After investigating further, I received a picture where the delivery company had delivered the package and just placed it on a counter near the mail room and the apartment complex lobby and not in the secured mail room. Mind you I live in senior secured building. All packages are delivered into the locked mail room and nothing has ever missing. All delivery companies have access to the mail room, where all packages are delivered. I have contacted Lux skin three times to inform them of this and that I have not received the package. I also contacted shop.com customer service, where I made the purchase. I have yet to receive a response from anyone at luxskin or shop.com. My order was over $100, which I cannot afford to lose. I do not understand why all of these companies think that it is OK to rip customers off.
