Ihave had a card terminal for use in my taxi for a while now & my terminal was past it's best Kian Chappel from the company contacted me and explained I was due a new terminal & took time to explain what options were open to me.Once we had decided on the best one for me he then went througj all the paperwork with me and helped me to fill in all the nescersary areas. All copies were sent to me for signing which was easy to do electronicaly. All in all the whole process was made easy for me & I would recomend anybody after a terminal to get in touch and they will recieve a first class service & all the help they need.

I was informed of what was happening all through the process and the whole process was completed in a shorter time than was expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Couldn't fault the service one bit.
