My call was answered rather quickly and the representative was friendly, polite and professional. She didn't just assume what the issue might or would be, she just wanted to double check it for me to ensure everything is in order for our new contract. Thank you so much (I am so sorry- I couldn't catch her name ) for double checking and peace of mind and a pleasant experience for a change from a call center!
