I’ve been waiting 4 days for my delivery, and it still hasn’t arrived. The company keeps giving me delivery slots between 9 and 10 PM — this is order for the office which closing at 5PM, and I made note — but then nothing happens. The status hasn’t changed since the first delivery attempt, and there’s been no update or explanation about whether another attempt was made.

It’s incredibly frustrating not to have any communication or progress. This is unacceptable for a haulage company — poor organisation, zero transparency, and no respect for customers’ time. Definitely would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased an item two weeks ago, and as soon as it arrived, I requested a refund. Since then, I have received absolutely no response. Emails and messages have been ignored, and it feels like once they took my money, they completely stopped caring about customer service.

A reliable company should respect customers and process refunds promptly, not leave them chasing endlessly. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

TerminationExperts is not what they claim to be. My experience shows they operate in a highly misleading way:
• They insist customers have “agreed to their terms and conditions” but when asked for proof, they cannot provide any real evidence.
• Their communication is vague, evasive, and designed to confuse rather than help.
• They make themselves sound like they handle cancellations directly — but in reality, they send it to not excited address.
• Instead of providing a useful service, they only create frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.

In my opinion, this company is unreliable and manipulative. I strongly advise anyone considering them to avoid at all costs and deal with cancellations directly through your provider.
