Review of Lloyds Cardnet

Bad customer service they disconnect…

Bad customer service they disconnect the call without solving the problem no matter you speak best polite way, it happend to me 4 times.i got trapped in to card terminal contract by handypay. Handypay not mentioned in the contract PCI charges, which lloyds is taking every month. They give option to complete PCI by yourself free which I'm possible for new customers, the assist only to take you the website and correct section after that you on your own, if you can't do it then pay PCI charges, I was having other companies card terminal they never asked me PCI charges. So be careful before signing contracts with handypay and Lloyd's cardnet.

Hi Sohail,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided regarding becoming PCI compliant.
We also apologise that for some reason the calls are also disconnecting.

Unfortunately, the PCI compliance needs to be completed by the business owner and there is the free option of completing the questionnaire which is provided through the PCI DSS website which is an external 3rd party site - https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/document_library/

You can select the document labelled as PCI DSS AOC - Merchants
Once completed this can then be uploaded to the Lloyds PCI portal on our website free of charge.

Alternatively there is a paid option where a 3rd party external team can provide assistance with this, however this team is not part of Lloyds Cardnet.

You're previous acquirer may have completed this on your behalf but would have charged you for this service which would be visible on your statements.

There is an industry wide charge for being non PCI compliant and all Acquirers would charge this if you are non PCI compliant.

Regards,

Luke – Lloyds Bank Cardnet
