Dermatologists are incompetent and lack basic empathy
The service in this place is abysmal. Dermatologist's don't care enough to listen to your concerns properly and give you standard textbook answers. They don't like you asking questions, and have a 'can't be bothered attitude', trying to get you out as quickly as possible. They all have the same arrogance about them and lack basic empathy towards their patients. I don't know how HH is hiring their consultants, but the past couple of appointments with different dermatologist have all had the same dismissive and rude tone of voice. This is not acceptable by any means.
