My Review (Personal Experience)
my experience, this has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They suddenly shut down my account without giving me a clear explanation, and as a result they held my money around £6,000 for six months. This situation seriously damaged my business and caused stress and financial problems.
What made things even worse was that whenever I tried to submit a complaint, it felt like they refused to properly acknowledge it. I never felt heard, and getting any answers was extremely difficult.
Overall, based on what I went through, I would not recommend this bank. The lack of transparency and support made me feel powerless .
