My 2nd 1 Star review - not recommended.
Following my previous review, the service went from bad to worse. Only after my 1 star review did they get my portal access working yesterday for the first time. TODAY, the same login details which worked yesterday are apparently invalid.
When trying online support they tell me to call the helpdesk.
Considering I haven't even got the card reading unit out of the box to actually use yet, I have had enough.
I have cancelled my account, and have paid for the privilege.
Not a service I recommend, and that is saying a lot from a 20+ year Lloyds bank customer with both personal and business accounts with them.
