My 2nd 1 Star review. Not Recommended.

My 2nd 1 Star review - not recommended.

Following my previous review, the service went from bad to worse. Only after my 1 star review did they get my portal access working yesterday for the first time. TODAY, the same login details which worked yesterday are apparently invalid.
When trying online support they tell me to call the helpdesk.
Considering I haven't even got the card reading unit out of the box to actually use yet, I have had enough.
I have cancelled my account, and have paid for the privilege.
Not a service I recommend, and that is saying a lot from a 20+ year Lloyds bank customer with both personal and business accounts with them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are extremely sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided and that there were issues when trying ton access the Portal tools. We would normally advise to speak to our teams to resolve the issue, however you have mentioned you have cancelled the account.

We will pass on the feedback to look at what happened to make sure this doesn't happen in future.
