Not ‘free shipping’ to UK
Advertise as free shipping all over website however I received a customs charge of £45. There is no mention on the website of this or when checking out the item. Emailed them about it and was told this is in the terms and conditions, like honestly who checks terms and conditions for this when purchasing a mattress? False advertisement if you ask me. I might as well as purchased a mattress from elsewhere where £50 dearer with a better spec.

We are indeed a German company and we point out in our shipping terms that customs fees may apply for deliveries to the United Kingdom. Wir sind tatsächlich ein deutsches Unternehmen und weisen in unseren Versandbedingungen darauf hin, dass bei Lieferungen in das Vereinigte Königreich Zollgebühren anfallen können.
