I placed my mattress order in early January, which means it’s been over two months now — and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have sent you four emails already. Three of them received exactly the same copy‑paste reply, and the last one hasn’t been answered at all.
There is no issue with my email — everything gets delivered just fine, unlike your promises. Each time you’ve said the mattress would arrive “next week” or “within a month,” yet nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating — it’s ridiculous.
I now expect a clear, concrete delivery date immediately. If you cannot provide that, I demand an instant refund.
It’s unacceptable that a paid order has been delayed this long with nothing but empty messages in return.
This is the last attempt to resolve this directly with you before I escalate the matter further.
I am very disappointed with my order from Matratzen.discount. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 9th, but I have not received anything — no delivery, no tracking information, and no notification about any delay.
I have also tried contacting customer service by email to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response. The complete lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating.
I would appreciate a prompt explanation and clear information about when my order will actually be delivered. Unfortunately, this experience does not give a reliable impression of the company.
