I placed my mattress order in early January, which means it’s been over two months now — and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have sent you four emails already. Three of them received exactly the same copy‑paste reply, and the last one hasn’t been answered at all.
There is no issue with my email — everything gets delivered just fine, unlike your promises. Each time you’ve said the mattress would arrive “next week” or “within a month,” yet nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating — it’s ridiculous.
I now expect a clear, concrete delivery date immediately. If you cannot provide that, I demand an instant refund.
It’s unacceptable that a paid order has been delayed this long with nothing but empty messages in return.
This is the last attempt to resolve this directly with you before I escalate the matter further.



I am very disappointed with my order from Matratzen.discount. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 9th, but I have not received anything — no delivery, no tracking information, and no notification about any delay.

I have also tried contacting customer service by email to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response. The complete lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating.

I would appreciate a prompt explanation and clear information about when my order will actually be delivered. Unfortunately, this experience does not give a reliable impression of the company.

I would like to point out that some customers accidentally reply to our no-reply addresses, which means that these emails are not delivered. We also do not receive emails if they contain too many large attachments. Please make sure not to attach too many files or images.

The correct email address really does end with “@matratzen.discount.” Sometimes customers try to add additional endings such as .de or .com, which can cause problems. In addition, experience has shown that our replies sometimes end up in the recipient's spam folder. Therefore, please also check your spam folder.

We would like to help you and are available at customer-service@matratzen.discount. There you will receive faster support.

We apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication. We hope that the problem will be resolved quickly and that you will receive your mattress soon. If it has already arrived, it would be great if you could update your review, as we always strive to provide our customers with the best service.

Delivery its not so fast...

The mattress itself is good, but the delivery took far too long compared to what was promised. In fact, I still haven’t received the T6 180x200 mattress topper, even though I already received the base mattress, and customer service is not responding.
