The delivery was supposed to take 1–2 days, but I waited more than 10 days, and for a long time the package hadn’t even reached my country. The shipping was extremely slow, and I was very disappointed at first — I even left a 1-star rating because of it.
However, the mattress itself is truly amazing. It feels incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. So while the delivery experience was frustrating, the product quality is excellent.
