After spending a lot of money on a…

After spending a lot of money on a nearly 1 yr old swift challenger 880 x , the after care has been atrocious.We collected it Tuesday after having some warranty work done which cannot moan about that they’ve done a great job, but after conversation on the phone regarding pick up for 11.30 was originally 2 but we altered it got there and wasn’t ready and the state of the caravan was appalling it was so dirty probably after being stored under trees now they could have said go for a cuppa while we wash it but no !!!!
The A frame was damaged which they’ve said they will replaced . Got home sat in the van and all the 3 windows have scratches on them which I presume happened when having the new panoramic window in .. very disappointing, where we ourselves work hard and save hard for something nice but for others some don’t care

While we’re pleased to hear you were happy with the warranty work carried out, we’re very sorry that the overall collection experience left you feeling disappointed. The delay on handover and the condition of the caravan when you arrived clearly didn’t meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating that must have been - particularly after making such a significant investment.

We also appreciate how concerning it must have been to notice the marks to the windows once home.
