Engineer turned up promptly
Engineer turned up promptly, well mannered , usual engineer that comes year after year had the knowledge where all my extinguishers are which saved me time showing him/her around . Always prefer checks to be done in holiday time or after school time when children not around . It be great if company sends me report and quote for remedial works asap instead of me having to chase up for these as it’s time consuming for me as I got deal with all other contractors and I may forget to chase up quotes etc until cpl weeks have gone by but over all I’m happy with the service
