Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! They mis-sold me and my family a damp, mouldy caravan. At first appearances I thought we could trust the team at Leisure Sales as they were more than accommodating and supportive in helping us when we wanted to buy the 2016 Swift Henbury but once we got it home, we got an independent service done and it was giving a reading of 60 on the damp monitor!!! Yes 60!!! On further inspection we found mould growing under the sofa bed and I was horrified. The problem I have is they knew full well they had sold us a damp caravan as they conveniently did not give us the service report when we bought it. When I read the report they didn't even tick they had checked the floor for damp, which should have been done! They had also tested parts of the caravan serval times as there were small puncture marks to show they had been testing. I am writing this review as I whole hearty trusted leisure sales Cheshire and they let us down when buying our first family caravan and they tried to pull a fast one! At least they did the right thing and give us our money back and collected the caravan when asked to but that only cements the fact that they knew what they had done. Please check the caravans you buy from here! Very disappointed and hurt they took advantage of us thinking we wouldn't be wise!

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Leisure Sales has led you to feel this way. The situation you have described would not reflect the standards we aim to uphold or the level of service we strive to provide our customers.
We were not aware of the damp issue you mentioned prior to you bringing this to our attention, and as soon as we were informed of your concerns we acted immediately to resolve the matter.
From our records, we understand the caravan was in your possession for three days before the concerns were raised with us. As soon as we were made aware, we immediately travelled to Rossendale to collect the caravan and issued a full refund.
As such, we are currently conducting an immediate internal investigation into the concerns raised, as this would be completely contrary to the standards we pride ourselves on.
While we appreciate that this does not undo the disappointment you experienced, please be assured we are taking this matter seriously and reviewing our processes to ensure our standards and procedures continue to be upheld.
