Leisure Sales had a great selection of new and used caravans for sale. We ended up buying a new Swift as there was a good end of year discount. The whole process of buying the caravan was great, Diane who was our salesperson was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy.

Dealt with this company for years we like the way they treat you welcoming without being pushy warm friendly very knowledgeable about the brands they sell your left to browse at your leisure will ask how your getting on and are on hand if you require further information nothing is too much trouble .Handover is by appointment carried out expertly everything explained once your satisfied & all paperwork done & a 10% discount card is given valid for 2years your all set to go there is also a lovely cafe on site serving snacks lightbites & more very nice & pleasant toilets available & a very good accessory shop with staff only to pleased to help should you need it .The service dept are also very helpful in booking your service at a time to suit you we absolutely recommend this dealership & in particular Diane who was very patient with us when we couldn't make our minds up needless to say we did in the end & couldn't be happier

 I've been using Leisure Sales for over 20 years and always recommend them.  I recently bought a new Swift Challenger Grande from them and the service was excellent as always.  Yes they are my local dealer, but it's the friendliness and warm welcome that stands out. Every time i go into the shop they know who i am and even my dog Alfie gets a welcome. They've always been there if i've had anything wrong with the van and Colin is amazing. Great service as awlays

We have recently collected our new caravan. I must say that the whole process of viewing the caravans and purchasing the model we liked was a first class experience. At no point were we hassled whilst we made our decision. The whole purchase process was explained step by step by our sales person, he even introduced us to the other members of the sales team incase we needed to be contacted by one them during his rest days.
Throughout our waiting to collect days we were kept updated constantly by the sales team and the aftersales team. When collection day arrived, we were greeted by the team and given a handover tour of our new caravan to explain how everything works.
To summon it up, it was a pleasure to deal with Leisure Sales Cheshire for the purchase of a new caravan.

We had an issue with the caravan whilst we were away. We spoke to Stacy in the service dept and she immediately put me through to Colin the caravan technician. He was very helpful on the phone, trying to solve the problem and also when we called in to Leisure Sales on the way home. It was fixed very quickly and he explained the electrical fault. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Leisure Sales were recommended to us by some friends. We’re completely new to caravanning and had no idea where to start but the sales team were brilliant from the moment we walked in.

We ended up going for a second hand Swift Astbury and we’re really pleased with it. They also managed to throw in a starter pack for free which helped a lot when you’re starting from scratch.

We were a bit nervous about towing at first so they arranged to deliver the caravan straight to the site for us so we could enjoy the van on site before worrying about towing it.

Fantastic experience overall. We dealt with Dave and he really went above and beyond to help us. The caravan has been great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Brilliant service and we’d highly recommend Leisure Sales especially if you’re new to caravanning like we are.

Do not buy from this company! They mis-sold me and my family a damp, mouldy caravan. At first appearances I thought we could trust the team at Leisure Sales as they were more than accommodating and supportive in helping us when we wanted to buy the 2016 Swift Henbury but once we got it home, we got an independent service done and it was giving a reading of 60 on the damp monitor!!! Yes 60!!! On further inspection we found mould growing under the sofa bed and I was horrified. The problem I have is they knew full well they had sold us a damp caravan as they conveniently did not give us the service report when we bought it. When I read the report they didn't even tick they had checked the floor for damp, which should have been done! They had also tested parts of the caravan serval times as there were small puncture marks to show they had been testing. I am writing this review as I whole hearty trusted leisure sales Cheshire and they let us down when buying our first family caravan and they tried to pull a fast one! At least they did the right thing and give us our money back and collected the caravan when asked to but that only cements the fact that they knew what they had done. Please check the caravans you buy from here! Very disappointed and hurt they took advantage of us thinking we wouldn't be wise!

I have enjoyed excellent service from the Service team at Leisure Sales for the best part of 20 years and have always recommended them to fellow caravanners.
They have however exceeded any and all expectations over the last few months and provided me with assistance that can only be described as truly exceptional.
I had a niggling fault with the gas oven and on ringing Caroline the Office Manager she found me a convenient slot the following day to bring the van in, and 15 minutes later Colin the Service Manager had not only diagnosed but also had fixed the problem and away I went a happy customer.
This morning I had a far bigger problem which ordinarily would have meant me cancelling all my forthcoming trips. I went to collect my van from storage, hooked up but the van failed to move. All seemed ok with no obvious customer faults but no matter what I tried the van wasn’t for moving.
At my whits end I rang Caroline and explained my predicament, she brought Colin to the phone and listened to my sorry story. He had a good idea as to what the problem was but he didn’t leave it there, he and his colleague Kat drove the 30 minutes out to the van and between them they remedied the problem and talked me through why it had happened. Within an hour of me making my call to Leisure Sales my problem was fixed and I was able to get the van back on the road.
The practical knowledge of the service team, their dedication to excellence and exceptional customer service is genuinely heartwarming.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bought our first caravan elsewhere only because we needed to px our. Motor home. We however have used Leisure Sales to buy most our equipment. We found all staff to be helpful and polite at all levels from sales to equipment shop to service. I bought a new jockey wheel from them last week and they were particularly helpful in helping me in fitting it, especially Caroline and her colleagues on the Service team. Friendly bunch through out.

Despite their website claiming to have a 'Dedicated Warranty Team' this is far from reality! They point blank refused to even consider the work because we hadn't purchased the caravan from them, stating that we 'must' go back to the dealership, which is no longer local to us! This is not true and just a cannot be bothered to help attitude, in particular Caroline who thought it necessary to scream down the phone when I thanked for for not helping and that I would be sure to make customers aware in my review! Leisure Sales, please don't bother with some pathetic nonsense reply!

IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM LEISURE SALES. FIRST OF ALL YOU SUGGEST THAT THERE WAS SHOUTING FROM MY END OF THE PHONE, WHICH IS INCORRECT. IN ADDITION TO THIS, YOU SAY YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CLEARLY DONT WANT NEW ONES! THE REVIEW STANDS

Further updated - At no point did I raise my voice to either member of staff, this is a total fabrications of the truth. Nor did I say anything about 1 star! The only person who raised their voice was Caroline. The other, younger sounding lady was actually very professional.

Even Further Updated - Your persistence speaks volumes! Similar to Caroline (high) unlike mine! 😀

Yet Further Update - You speak of transparency, etc. however, I will not be subjected to the lies where you are continuing to suggest that I raised my voice, not once but twice! The smiley face you refer to, is simply my relief that I have not had the misfortune to become one of your customers. Please feel free to continue with your responses for as long as you see fit!

One last update - To be clear and for avoidance of doubt. I don't have a grievance with my original supplier, my issue lies solely with Leisure Sales!

JUST TO CLEAR ANY POTENTIAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS BY PEOPLE READING THIS AND WONDERING WHY I HAVE MADE SO MANY UPDATES. LEISURE SALES HAVE CHOSEN TO DELETE THE MAJORITY OF RESPONSES, WHICH I WILL ASSUME IS AN APOLOGY FOR SUCH SLANDEROUS REMARKS.

Any issues we have had with our caravan, purchased from Leisure Sales, have been addressed well.
This includes blinds that were replaced by the manufacturer, and a faulty microwave under warranty.
Staff are helpful and pleasant in the service office.
The caravan is treated with care when having work done including servicing.

We can’t thank Dave enough for all the attention and advice he gave us over several weeks in finding exactly the right caravan for us. He was also extremely patient with us showing us how everything worked! We can’t recommend Leisure Sales highly enough.
Thank you also to Tim in the shop who gave us really sound advice as to exactly what we needed from his years of experience.

We found the service team extremely helpful. They fitted our caravan front window in minutes after we had spent hours at the weekend trying to fit it ourselves.

We purchased our brand new Bailey Phoenix 640 in June 2024 after part exchanging our 19 yr old Bailey Ranger and have had so many on going issues with it since. Naming just a few:
- the fridge door kept on falling off
- the caravan door wouldn't stay locked - we found this out whilst driving along the M6 and the door kept on flying open. We had to apply duck tape as a temporary fix until we could get it in for a repair.
- a pipe behind the toilet collapsed stopping heating getting through to the bedroom and causing issues to the heater.
- the magnet which holds the caravan door to the caravan itself fell off (who knows where) so to keep the door open when parked up a heavy object had to be placed there each time if we wanted it open.
Our brand new caravan has spent more time in the work shop than it has been on caravan sites. I have had to cancel holidays because of the length of time it takes for the repairs to be done. The last fault, be it a minor one (door magnet issue) was reported on 29 Aug 25 and yesterday 13 Oct 25 I was told the part had been delivered to their office but I would either have to drive 45 minutes on the M6 to collect the parts or they would deliver but I must pay for the delivery up front. The joy of purchasing our new caravan was quickly forgotten after the 3rd fault in a very short time. Each time we take our caravan out I'm ready for the next fault to be found.

The moral of this story, if I had my time over I would DEFINATELY NOT buy a Bailey caravan in any shape or form and I'd definitely think twice about buying from Leisure Sales .

Use Leisure sales for all our caravanning bits and pieces. Ordered a few months ago a new door handle and lock for our swift challenger. Needed to fit it ourselves due to living in the van whilst we complete a self build. Got round to trying to fit it this weekend and lock didn’t seem to work. Took it back for advice, both girls on reception were helpful chatty and didn’t mind I had our dog with us who ended up enjoying sone treats and a drink in there. Colin came out to see why we were having difficulty and we had inserted the lock the wrong way, he said if it wouldn’t come out we would have to buy a new barrel. Anyway long story short……Colin worked his magic, extracted it and showed us how to fit! Very grateful for the staff’s time in sorting this for us. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually write reviews but the whole caravan buying experience from leisure sales was fantastic.Just went to look at a Bailey Unicorn Cadiz thinking of buying in 2026.But the p.x and extra’s we wanted made it possible to buy this year .I wanted a power touch motor mover fitted,no problem done with in 7 days .The service really was first class,no hard sell just useful advice and listening to want we wanted.Away now on our first holiday of the season and everything is working fine .Asked for the awning rail to be checked for silicone done ,no problems.Water and heating worked first time no error codes or any problems whatsoever.I could go on but would just like to say a big thank you to Diane,John and Dave .Rest assured you can buy with confidence from leisure sales Chirshire.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Regards Warren.

Just taken my caravan for it’s 3 year service at Leisure sales and as always they were polite and courteous
( especially Caroline and Laura) and wish to thank them for getting issues resolved over that period with the minimum of fuss despite the problems that come with owning caravans .
