not user friendly

Adding Depreciable assets for a business & rental property was complicated.
Sometimes had a hard time finding things.
Didn't like that I couldn't see the forms until the end.

Long Time Customer and Fan

Direct Debit

I don't like how you have to do a Direct Debit in order to file a return on taxes owed. I already have an installment agreement. I would like to amend that agreement. Please don't make me sign up for a direct debit.

1040.com is straight-forward

If you need to add forms, go to the spot where you can "Review" your return, then search for more forms. You may have to Google it. But it gets the job done.
