BEWARE OF AUTO-RENEW SUBSCRIPTION

I have cancelled my service in late 2023 and have been continued to be charged. There was no notification received. There is a no refunds policy so beware before you purchase.

There is no data saved so once you cancel the subscription you may lose your entire website.

In reply to response: I tried to amicably resolve the matter by referring to 10web.io's potential breach of 2024 Delaware Code Title 6 - Commerce and Trade
Chapter 27. CONTRACTS Subchapter IV. Consumer Contracts § 2734. Contracts with automatic renewal provisions.

There was no notification when the company billed me. There is likely a breach of legislation that impacts a significant portion of their client base.

I have received a refund for the payment that was automatically deducted from my account without notification, but was unable to receive a refund for the previous years' accounts. A referral was made to the Delaware Attorney General's office.

5/5 — Outstanding Technical Support and Security Expertise

I reached out to 10Web support after some users reported that our website was redirecting to strange foreign-language pages. On my end, everything looked normal, but Anton from the support team immediately took the issue seriously and began a detailed investigation.

Anton quickly discovered that the site had been hacked and patiently guided me through every step of securing it — from granting access to checking plugins, restoring clean backups, removing suspicious files, and resetting credentials. He also explained the cause clearly (outdated plugins), recommended setting up automated plugin updates, and even double-checked my other websites to make sure they were safe.

What impressed me most was his thoroughness, clear communication, and genuine care. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, never rushed the troubleshooting, and even brought in a colleague for a second security review to make sure everything was clean.

Thanks to Anton, my site is now fully restored, secure, and running better than before.

This is the kind of proactive, expert support every web hosting company should strive for.

Everything was going fine until I…

Everything was going fine until I contacted support over a small issue. They then internally made a mistake by saving my header template as a "loop item" rendering it unusable and when asked about it continued to gaslight me as if it didn't exist. This speaks volumes about the culture at this place. I can't support a company mired in deception no matter how big they are. I have requested a refund. I'll look for a different platform.
