Great AI builder and very good support.
New to 10web so spent the last few weeks tinkering with the AI site generator. Generally outstanding results but had a few issues logging in following website creation. Called support and they were able to guide me through what ended up being a relatively quick fix.

AI features require site migration
I inquired before purchasing whether a plugin existed to integrate seamlessly with my existing website—and was assured that one did. After completing the purchase, no plugin was provided, and instead I was told I must fully migrate my site into their hosting environment for the AI functionality to work. That’s not what I expected from their initial promise, but we informed them and they refunded our subscription amount. If we could use this service again without migrating, we would love to try it.
