Great price for fast broadband
Been with 1p for almost a year now. Is it fast? Not really but, it’s fast enough to stream and browse the internet and download the occasional game. I love the service and highly recommend it for anyone who just needs basic broadband. They have super fast services too, but I really don’t need it. Competitively priced.

I have complained about the loss of signal on numerous occasions.
I even asked for a discount after having nothing for a period of either 16 or 17 days, I received nothing, but they always take there monies every month.
I have now after my latest complaint spoke to someone whom knows what he is doing unlike all the others who decided it was a line fault, he decided to send me a new router and it now appears to be working perfectly.

Broadband is OK, not as good as I hoped but OK. Customer service and communications from them is poor, as it seems from so many companies now a days. Once they have your money they take the phone of the hook.

The product you provide is very good I have no complaints with very reliable , I have concerns when trying to contact somebody this can be challenging at times to get hold of the correct department
1p broadband
Had it now for 2 months, it was easy to set up and has worked great from the start.
All works well
All works well. Transferred from excruciatingly expensive virgin contract. Although the Virgin was a blistering 100 MPs, there doesn't seem to any marked deterioration with Penny - Zoom and Netflix still work fine. Knowing that at least we can keep this contract for beyond 18 months without hassle of either a huge increase or having to negotiate a lower rate is great too. We've only had it running for 10 days or so but so far, so good.

So far so good after 1 month. Good communications/notifications. Switch went smoothly. Fast fibre works well (same high speeds as my old BT). Router tracking & delivery ok - despite package being letterbox friendly, the courier wanted to handover in person so I had to fix an delivery slot. I don’t think I can set up a monthly DD either. 9/10 so far.

Generally I liked what I bought although the "go live" information was not as I was told so there was some confusion which should have been avoided. However the lady (yes a real one) on their help line provided excellent service. So far my systems seems a little slow and sometimes patchy so I need to consult to see if some fine tuning is necessary. But the bid plus is that I can talk to a human being
Very happy with 1pBroadband.
The change to 1pBroadband went very well, although there was some confusion about keeping my original landline number. This was resolved very swiftly and everyone at 1pBroadband was very pleasant and helpful. I am very pleased that I switched to them, and am saving £10 per month.

Only been with 1p broadband for 1 month but so far a good service. Customer service sorted out a signal problem with my router now working fine.
