Thank you for the reply to my message regarding the poor experience I received recently. You ask what you can do to improve my review. What you can do is return my deposit of 700 euros! Your contract says that you will return immediately on return of the car but I am still waiting and I returned the car to you 2 weeks ago! When are you going to return my deposit? You stopped replying to my emails a week ago and I have referred the matter to my credit card issuer.

If you buy a basic insurance you get the cheapest price, but after you return the car we have to check that there is no traffic violation, for example.
I understand that you do not want to understand this and I regret that you write us so negative, only at the first time we take deposits from our clients.
I recommend that the next time rent with a little more complete insurance because taking the cheapest is not always the best option. You have to know well what you hire and its conditions.
I still regret that you are so wrong with us, I hope we can do something so that you are not so with our company.

The car was new with a few kilometers.
The car was new with a few kilometers, the fuel police I liked pick up with a quarter and return with a quarter without paying anything else. I have not had a surprise and they have delivered my car to my hotel. For me a good service.

We rented a car at Malaga airport from 4th feb 2018. Somebody waited for us at the airport - Tarik - very friendly, he showed us the car, everything ok. The car was slow and very small fuel tank - but ok. We took every insurance we could take - it was full option insurance. Tarik told us to leave the car in the same place when we left, and he told us we got the deposit back within 14 days... After the holidays we left the car at the same place, no damage was made (we took pictures), the fuel tank was more than half filled (they asked half full) ...so far so good... 3 weeks later, NO DEPOSIT. an email was sent, they told us there was a problem with the refund and asked for our bankaccount and BIC number... i am still waiting for the refund.... emails aren't answered anymore...
Our reference number was 7E222D2B27 / reservation number 36782
*********** Edited april 9th: a few days after the respons of the company here on trustpilot I recieved an email confirming the refund of the deposit. Checked my bank account and yes, the deposit is fully refunded by "Golf car rental" So thank you Paul from rentacar for this respons and refund.
Changed the review from 1 to 3 stars.

I am sure that if you are going to receive your refund, if everything is correct and there is no traffic ticket or anything strange in the car you have to receive your money. I am surprised that you do not respond to the mail because we, unlike other companies, if we have customer service, I will personally see your case and call you personally, to resolve this immediately. Greetings Paul.
Thank you for changing to 3 stars, I hope that in the future we will change to five stars. The next time you do not have to leave a deposit and if you contact us, the customer service department will apply a 10% discount for the inconvenience caused in your next contract, I regret the confusion and I am glad that everything is now cleared.
