I needed a 2 gang switch 1 x 2 way and 1 x intermediate. Found 1stop via google. Site was easy to use. Ordering easy. As soon as I'd ordered I realised I'd missed some items. Quick phone call and all sorted. Recommended.

I didn't want a cheap finish that would tarnish or rust but with 38 items needed I didn't want to pay £10.00 plus per plate. These Varilight mirror chrome finish switches and sockets were ideal in terms of finish and cost and seem well built although time will tell. All items were stocked and in stock by 1StopElectrics and delivery was free and quick.

What more could you ask for, they delivered the order quickly as promised and the products themselves are good quality.

Rang the company, explained what I wanted, received excellent advice and placed order. Immediate confirmation of order via e-mail and next day was advised order despatched! Despite several difficulties in seeking out a particular switched spur 1StopElectrics went to extreme lengths to assist me. What really impressed was there quick replies. There was never a need to ask as to what was happening. So refreshing when one has to keep badgering many similar companies. Alex & Paul were always on hand, unlike others where names keep changing and no personal contact is possible. had a great service , was dispached the next day . Had a e mail and text to say it was on its way , so two days later still had no received item , so called wholesaler , was given couriers number . Thhey said delivery had been attempted but no one was in , i had not been left a card so didn't have any information . They told me only deliver on a mon to fri between 9 and 5 , so would have to go all the way to thamesmead on a friday afternoon to collect . This would put me off using wholesaler agaion , please change courier to royal mail , who take items back to sorting office , thanks

delivery was fine though the first day they tried we did not hear them ring due to power tools. So it would have been good if they had called, but this is the shipping company.
