Dropped off at garage after phoning garage to ask. As being a Saturday.

Was with the rac and they were give the job from the rac. The man who recovered me from one service to the next. I was very annoyed that they only took me from one service to another then left me there. If I knew it was going to be that I wouldn’t of taken it

Reported a break down at 12.30. After waiting 3 hours and explained 3 times what was wrong with the car a van arrived only to say that he couldn't do anything because the car needed to be recovered on a truck. 2 hours later after explaining again a truck arrived only to be told again it wasn't the correct vehicle to recover my car. It is now 17.15 and still waiting for recovery. 😡😡😡😡

Excellent from start to finish. The process was easy. I was kept up to date all night and the recovery driver Zack was so friendly, the kind of person you need in a stressful situation.
Overall excellent five star service. I will be taking a yearly cover plan out ASAP.

Waiting time kept getting further away but the driver finally came over 4 hours later. Admittedly mine was a larger than average car so wouldn’t fit on a small recovery vehicle. However the driver who came was very good and knowledgeable, being a fellow petrolhead. She loaded my vehicle with total professionalism and got me home as quickly as possible.

Was passed to this company by RAC. RAC took two hours before passing it onto 1st rescue. I was called straight away and given accurate timings unlike RAC. Driver was professional and recovered me to my chosen garage. Would recommend.

I had to stop driving as the van was making a scraping noise from one of the wheels. I was near to a service area at Preston. Upon inspection I found that a rusty piece of metal was jammed between the brake calliper and the inside of the rim. I asked if the driver could bring a jack and wheel brace. He arrived in about 20 minutes and after removing the wheel the metal fell out, it was the disc brake dust cover that had broken loose. After fitting the wheel the problem was sorted. All within less than a hour from stopping. Just a fantastic service and I’m more than happy to give them five stars. I could have said this in one word. EXCELLENT.

Unreliable and misleading, left to stand at the side of the motorway with young children from 1am till after 5am. Very poor service

I waited the top end of 4 hours in central Manchester. Apparently 1st breakdown truck broke down. 2nd breakdown truck arrived with the opening line, if you need recovery it’s only to the nearest services!!!! As it happens he did a temporary fix and I managed the journey home. Communication, Lacking. Mechanics attitude, lacking. Trust in where I was going be to end up, lacking. All in all will be looking for a new breakdown company.

Broke down in Chorley on Wednesday evening and had to be rescued. I was initially not impressed by the waiting time....but then Britt arrived!! What a masterclass in customer service. Britt was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She explained the reason for the delay and then proceeded with the recovery. She made me feel comfortable and even stopped at the services on the way so I could have a comfort break. If I ever break down again (hopefully not) I want to be recovered by Britt.

Ha ha ha What a joke! I broke down at 430 pm I was told you will be recovered at 1940 Not! All the text messages times! 2030, 2100 then I called them he’s 20 mins away eta 2120 never happened. Text message 2200 nope 2230 nope, I made my last call at 2300 the lad on the phone he’s 5 minutes away and was begging me to stay with my car, I walked home! Never trust this company or there text!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 hours and nothing Shameful.

I have been waiting for them after calling them 8 hours. They just lying me 20 min 30 min we will be there after 8 hours they come .

A fantastic service provided by Green Flag after my back tyre punctured on the M6. They dealt with a very stressful situation for me very professionally and extremely efficiently.

As always the people who dealt with my breakdown were friendly and helpful and fixed the problem right away I would thoroughly recommend this service they are second to none.
