Warning notification told me to park up when safe and stop driving, managed to get to nearby car park, whilst I was on my own I was safe.
Zak arrived earlier than expected (which was great) was extremely professional and polite and was happy to drop me at home as I was on route, overall great service and Zak is a credit to your company, thank you.

im assuming my job was subbed out as my cover is with the AA but once the driver arrived he was very friendly and helpful, would recommend

Recovery was arranged by AA, recieved a call from 1st rescue within 10 min of reporting the breakdown.
I was given an eta and there driver zack arrived pretty much on the button.
It was a motorway recovery, zack was very fast and professional got the car loaded and us homeward bound quickly and safely. Delivered and ofloaded our car exactly where we needed.

Excellent service. I was given a time slot in which the recovery man would come and was able to track his progress. He also phoned to give me an eta. He was great, delivered me and the car to my local garage and gave me a lift home. As a bonus, he was also a lovely man, kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with the service.

My daughter and I were stranded when my little car died. It was a broken clutch, so it would not budge - on the M62! Very friendly recovery driver picked us up from services (after Highway patrol) and we chatted abput his son who is a competitive Thai boxer. All within 45 minutes of breakdown. Got us to the hotel safely. Service was second to none, would definitely recommend. If the driver see's this, just to let you know, my daughter won her comp! Thanks for getting us there 😊

I waited nearly 9 hours for RAC to arrange a recovery from this business,maybe not the business fault, but The male who attended was RUDE, didn't speak to me, and only thing he did say I'm not driving around all night when asked to park in certain location, didn't say anything No hello, NO good bye, speeding, my vehicle was bouncing all over the back of the recovery. Iv never experienced such a horrible experience in my life, I was appalled I waited 9 hour then I got sumone who was behaviour was appalling, I will be reporting his experience to the RAC, I don't expect this kind of attitude and driving from a recovery person. His driving was arrated and speeding, the van cabin STUNK. He dropped the car didn't say anything and left. Only words I herd from this mouth is I'm not driving all night with the car on the back, not accepted by a customer, shunt be allowed to work for RAC, or even allowed on the road after my experience. And he choose to put the music on loud, no respect that he has a customer in the vehicle. APPAULLED

Fantastic experience (as far as a breakdown can be!) 1st rescue and recovery arrived within a couple of hours, the mechanic (sorry forgot his name) was polite, professional and friendly. Got us diagnosed and transported home quick smart.
