Great experience with setting up the buttons on our own. Very quick and efficient. Only feedback is to show how big 3inch is the buttons were a little larger than anticipated and, I think we would have gone 2 inch but other than that we will use them again. Very quick turnaround! 10 out of 10 quality! Thank you looking forward to future work.

I love my items. I was skeptical about uploading my own image but it turned out perfect! and the additional free 100 bands will come in handy as well. I truly believe if I need more bands I will go here! They even came faster than anticipated !

Worst printer I’ve ever worked with. I uploaded “blurry” artwork for a baby blanket and agreed to have it be slightly blurry. It was a gift for a baby shower more for sentimental value than anything — so it’s the only artwork I had. They paused my printing without saying why; I had to inquire several days later and get their feedback that it was “blurry.” Fine, I said to print even though it was. The blanket I got is not only blurry (which is fine), but has what looks like black dust specks printed into it all over. This part was NOT in the “blurry” artwork, and Zazzle seemed to print it just fine without it. They won’t issue a refund and keep saying I agreed to “blurry” artwork. Don’t order from these scam artists.

The stickers turned out perfectly. The color, design, and arrangement are all exactly right. The one thing that surprised me is that I needed to cut them out, but it wasn't terrible.
When I placed them on my tumblers, they looked great and stuck on there well. This was an easy, successful process!

I made an order for wedding matchboxes well in advance. A few days later was notified they were out of stock and that they "might" get more in, but that it'd still be enough time. I waited until a week later, still not in stock. I cancel the order, within minutes they magically call me saying that they do have them in stock and can go into production but that it'd arrive after my event date. They have no problem taking your money, but it's a "maybe" if they'll fulfill the order. I feel totally jerked around. Customer service had no information and refused any kind of expedited shipment to make them arrive in time. Last time I come to this website or refer them to any of my clients.

Delivery was quick, they allowed the design I wanted to be uploaded and the colors I chose came out as expected. Will order again.

The photo and proof both showed a classic black koozie with black foam. What arrived was cheap and ugly white foam interior. When I submitted a 'wrong product recieved' notice they responded with 'our fine print says we're able to switch out based on availability'. Basically tough luck, too bad. So they lure you in with a product photo and then are able to switch it to something cheaper and uglier without asking if that is acceptable because their fine print somewhere says so? TERRIBLE business practice. Now we have to order new koozies because these are ugly and unuseable and we're still out hundreds of dollars we spent on them.
