magnify glass needed to read our logo on chap stick order

We did a chapstick logo order with this company. I did the text on the program provided and it apparently must be shown extremely "zoomed in" because it looked full and the legible when complete. I didn't see any option for a "proof" so one would assume they company would inspect an order before and after it is completed. If this would of been done, they would of seen (unless they just don't care) the fact that you need a magnify glass to even make out what the text portion says. This isn't how it looked when I did it online. I reach out to "customer support" and was told they print what we put down and that I didn't select for a "proof" to be provided. Again, that option wasn't on my screen. In closing, I was basically told sorry about your luck we have your money now screw off. Will not be ordering a damn thing from this crap company again and I'm reaching out to the BBB shortly too.

Great product, value, and service!

I ordered from 24 hour wristbands for our school event. First the ordering process was easy, which was nice. The value was good. I ordered in what seemed to be plenty of time based on the estimated delivery date provided so I did not do a rush order as I had to work within our school budget. The delivery was taking much longer so I reached out to the 24 hour wristband’s support team. They went above and beyond to get the product to me by the date needed. The wristbands arrived in time and they are really nice! Good quality, great value. I also liked how quickly they responded when I did have to contact them.
The only thing to watch out for is to allow a lot of time for delivery as the estimated delivery time seems to be way underestimated.

My expedited order was delayed

My expedited order was delayed. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the package was with the delivery service and that it was out of their hands. I was instructed to contact FedEx myself because they had “done their part.” This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected.

The order was received on Thursday—two days late. I paid $112 for 24-hour wristband delivery and expected assistance in resolving the issue when it did not arrive on time. These keychains were purchased for an event on Thursday and Friday, and I did not have them for the first day of the event.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of support in resolving the delay.

Lovely pen, but flawed

The pen itself is lovely. The design is not in the same position on the pen as when I designed it, and the font doesn't wrap around the pen so part of the font is missing, which was not shown like this during design. Then the ink smudges off as soon as you touch it, so they are bsically worthless for the purpose I bought them.
