The pen itself is lovely. The design is not in the same position on the pen as when I designed it, and the font doesn't wrap around the pen so part of the font is missing, which was not shown like this during design. Then the ink smudges off as soon as you touch it, so they are bsically worthless for the purpose I bought them.

This has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I have ever had.
I placed my order for 200 T-shirts on Wednesday, January 21st (Order #IME9136B4855), allowing what should have been more than adequate production and delivery time. I clearly stated—multiple times—that these shirts were required no later than February 11th for a Theatre Anniversary event. I selected this company specifically because I was told the shirts were scheduled to arrive by February 4th.
On February 6th, after receiving no shipping confirmation or updates, I called to check on the status. I was then told the shirts were still in the middle of production and would not be delivered until February 16th—five days after the event they were ordered for.
To make matters worse, I was informed that if I wanted the shirts any sooner, I would need to pay an additional $300 for “rush” shipping—for a delay that was entirely caused by their failure to meet their own stated timeline. Paying extra still would not meet the originally promised date.
Charging a customer hundreds of dollars to compensate for your own missed estimates is unacceptable. The lack of proactive communication, missed deadlines, and shifting responsibility onto the customer reflects extremely poor business practices.
This order was for a milestone anniversary event. Instead of reliability, I received delays, excuses, and an unexpected surcharge. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company—especially if your order is time-sensitive.

My entire order was printed in the wrong color. I have reached out three times and nobody has contacted me, and it's been more than three weeks. Do not recommend, and very poor customer service.

⭐️ Zero stars.
Ordered 1/8 with an estimated delivery of 1/28. When it didn’t ship, I was told to “wait longer.” After multiple follow-ups, I finally received an out-of-stock email — yet the item is still available to order on their website.
Customer service and management were completely unhelpful. A sales manager admitted they order from a distributor, wait for inventory, then print and ship, making the “24 Hour” name misleading at best.
To top it off, the shirts were wrong and poor quality — incorrect color and blurry printing.
This is a shady, dishonest company with sub-par products. I’m now reordering locally for significantly more just to fix their mistakes.
Save your money and avoid the headache.

We ordered these for a special event. They were exactly as advertised upon receipt. Delivery was quick and they came when they were promised. I will definitely purchase from them again.
I was able to order my items cheaper and faster than anywhere else! I was worried about quality, due to the above comment but was pleasantly surprised. The quality was fantastic!

First, the hoodies came in late, and they told me it wasn't guaranteed. (So my staff didn't get their Christmas gifts before leaving for Winter Break) Then they came in WRONG!! they forgot to make the ink the correct color, so they came in with black ink, making our logo look very creepy, since we have a sunshine in our logo.
I contacted them the moment I opened the box, and it took 2 weeks for them to decide to finally stop offering a 15% discount on them, because I needed the money back, so I could order from a different company and get them ASAP! Then FINALLY decided to refund me my entire balance, after more than 10 emails back and forth. I sent the hoodies back to the company, and they said they refunded me the money... days passed, they said it would take 10-15 days. That is fine, I understand that. But when that had come and gone, I was growing impatient. I had spent nearly $500 on these, and needed the money back. I contacted them again, asking where the refund was and their answer was that there must have been an error and they will try to run it through again. They had no problem taking my money, but returning it, they all of the sudden can't comprehend how to give it back. I will NEVER buy from this company again! My staff didn't get their Christmas gifts, and teachers deserve the be appreciated! It is now a month later, and still no refund. They were rude in every conversation I had with them, and I regret not buying local!

We have placed multiple orders with this company and previously had good experiences, which is why we felt confident ordering again for a trade show. Unfortunately, this order was a major disappointment.
Half of our order was printed correctly and matched our previous orders, with a smooth, high-quality finish. The other half was produced using a completely different method and material that felt like a paper sticker applied to the product. That portion of the order was blurry, pixelated, and visibly lower quality, making the items unusable and unprofessional to distribute.
Additionally, the final product did not match the digital proof. The printed artwork was significantly smaller than what was shown and approved on the computer proof, which further impacted the appearance and usability of the product. What you see in the proof is not necessarily what you will receive.
When we contacted customer service, we were told they use multiple printing facilities and printing methods and cannot guarantee consistent quality or results from one order to the next. For a company producing branded promotional products, this is an unacceptable standard. Businesses depend on vendors to deliver consistent, proof-approved products, especially when brand reputation is at stake.
We asked that they either refund our money or reprint our product. Instead, we were offered only a 25% refund for unusable merchandise. We accepted the partial refund solely to close the matter, but we will not be using this company again. If you require reliable quality and consistency, this is not your place.

Thank you for your response. However, we respectfully disagree with the position outlined.
The issue is not simply that there were “variations” between items, but that half of the order was produced using an entirely different printing method and material than the other half—resulting in a noticeably inferior, blurry, and pixelated product that was inconsistent with both our prior orders and the proof we approved. These differences were not disclosed prior to production, nor were we given an option to approve or decline a change in printing method.
Stating that such discrepancies are “part of the standard production process” is concerning. For branded promotional products, consistency is not optional—it is essential. Customers should not have to accept unpredictable quality, texture, or artwork size as a normal outcome, especially when products are intended for professional distribution.
Additionally, the final product did not match the approved digital proof. The printed artwork was significantly smaller than what was shown. While measurements may be listed on the website, it is unreasonable to suggest that customers should disregard a company-provided proof and instead independently verify dimensions elsewhere. A proof is understood to be an accurate representation of the final product, and customers are entitled to rely on it. Any discrepancy between the proof and the finished item is the responsibility of the company.
The partial refund was accepted solely to close the matter, not because it adequately addressed the issue. A refund of $65.58 does not resolve the underlying concerns of inconsistent quality, mismatched proofs, and the lack of accountability when those issues were raised.
We provided detailed feedback not to seek further compensation, but because this experience fell well below reasonable expectations for a vendor supplying branded promotional products. Unfortunately, this response reinforces our decision not to place future orders.
