I can have three of their LiFePO4 batteries for the price of one known brand name. Put them in parallel and off we go boom!!! just kidding, so far so good with these batteries but who knows how long they'll last. Supacentre canvas bags are good value compared to others but not sure if I'd buy much else here.

Most of their products are cheap garbage, thats why they are cheap, almost all of what I have bought from them has fallen apart or stopped working, usually after a use or two, aside from their lithium batteries, which are actually extremely good value and a decent product, I wouldnt hesitate to buy their batteries again, the rest of it is only fit for the bin

Great customer service, helped resolve issues.

The shop will happily take your money and wash their hands of you. I was advised on a rooftop tent and told it would be compatible and fit my car. After purchasing I was told it couldn’t be taken out the box in store. Once home I mounted it to the car to see it was absolutely not compatible and far too big.
I contacted the call centre who were exceptionally rude and nasty on the phone. After being pushed around and sent back to the store and passed from person to person over the phone for the best part of a week my claim for a refund was denied. The store manager agreed I had been misadvised and that the tent was not fit for purpose. The claims departed still refused to refund me and made up every excuse to keep my money. The way I was spoken to on the phone was rude and belittling.
I also have looked online for reviews and it’s clear when looking on mass that the store is creating fake reviews en mass across social media.
Having spoke to other experts in the industry they advised that they see people like me (missold on their purchases from 4WD Supacentre) all the time. Do not buy from them!!

Kings gazebo ripped in half after 2 weeks of use, and they rejected my warranty claim because I told them there was light rain at the time, so they said I "misused it due to adverse weather conditions". Ha! Horrible product and company. Stay well away.

Very helpful staff with great product knowledge

The gazebo tore apart after two weeks, they refused to help and said it was not covered by warranty.
Extremely rude and and very unprofessional.
Don’t buy anything from them.

I bought 2 fridges yesterday and only 1 cover so I decided to change the cover to suit the smaller fridge. I was met with a paperwork debarkle and furthermore more charges to suit a smaller fridge.What happened to service? Will not see me again.

Really poor customer service at the counter at the Geelong store and quality of products are terrible.
