First time at the 99 Bike in McGregor and I’d like to say awesome customer service from John. As soon as we walked in he greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance and we did. So informative which helped us choose the Academy 21 Aspire 20in. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks John for your wonderful customer service!

Kids bike and scooter purchase
We went to 99 bikes at Sunnybank, looking for a bike for my 8 year old and a scooter for my 6 year old. John assisted us in choosing the most suitable bike for my son. He was patient with us from the very beginning, taking into details on my sons height, his requirement and what fits him the most. After choosing the correct bike, he finetuned the bike to fit his arm length, sitting height and double checked everything was in the right order before we left. He even assembled the scooter for us and adjusted kids helmets. I had an absolutely pleasant experience visiting 99 bikes at Sunnybank and I would recommend it to everyone who is considering getting a new bike. Thank you John, you’re a wonderful asset to 99 bikes!

Perfect service from Louis
Went to 99 Bikes at MacGregor, the sales rep Louis was absolutely helpful with finding our bikes and making sure they were perfect for us. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and was great to chat with. He mentioned he was quite new but I wouldn't have been able to tell if he didn't say. Please make sure he sees this and thank him for doing his job perfectly and being a great bloke.

Jack helped me at the McGregor store both on the phone and in store for my purchase.... even tho the bike I had ordered wasn't in my size I was able to purchase another.. my only thing would be that I didn't know the bike didn't have a stand .. but otherwise thanks Jack 😁
