I love the 9amHealth journey that I am on. The app is has valuable information, wonderful recipes, and it’s easy to maneuver. I have not started any weight loss medications, but I have lost over 10 pounds by using the tools in the app!

I was put on this program. My doctor was doing a great job write my prescription and monitoring my weight and the medication. Since this program got involve with my business - it being nothing but a nightmare. I talk to a computer secreatary or what every you want to call it. I never can get my medication on time. I have to do the work and paying insurace for this junk. Can someone help me get back to how life was.Thank You Felicia Smith

The app is so easy to use and extremely informative. The access to support is excellent! I am very happy with all aspects.

My insurance switched us to 9 am health and it's been the worse experience of my life. It takes them days to respond to messages and my husband and I go weeks without our medication to the out where we are better off stopping our medication. We get very sick not taking it consistently. I would recommend to not use them if you can avoid it.

I am very satisfied with 9am. Every single person I have talked to has been of great help for me during my weightloss journey. I am very thankful for the support! I would recommend 9am to anyone that wants to start their own weightloss journey.

9am Health help me wih my weight loss journey. The live coaching and meal prep and always there when i need help.

It was quick and easy to sign up. Everyone I have encountered have been helpful. It’s easy to get my prescriptions filled/refilled. It’s free, so it saves on doctors visits.

My experience with 9am has helped me in so many ways. My biggest problem was eating sweets and now I barely eat sweets, or bread. Some of my inflammation has decreased, little more energy than before. They answer any question or problem I may have. Overall I recommend 9am to anyone who has access to it.

Knowledgeable and caring team and a convenient to use app. My only negative comment is that sometimes I find the content of the modules not related to their titles, which feels disappointing. For example, a module about the relationship between sleep and weight loss that talks only about sleep with no mention of weight loss. But, I trust that the team will address this issues.

As another user reported, this is a barrier to treatment. My insurance is requiring 9 am health to receive my GLP1 medication that I have been taking for 2 years. This is just a bunch of hoops that you must go through. Americans should have choice in their provider. This is totally unecessary.

9am health is hands down the best care team and support I have ever had, and that’s saying a lot. You get great coaches great doctors and awesome support. You can always reach out to your care team with any questions/ concerns and they quickly get back to you. If I had the opportunity to use and reach out to 9am health again, I would absolutely make the same choice over and over again. My primary care, rheumatologist, cardiologist, and pulmonologist all said the GLP1 would be helpful to my overall health. This app doctor is denying coverage of it. How is that in the best interest of patient care. A doctor that has zero experience with my care and just like that denied. Way to go.SHBP

I've been taking Zepbound for almost a year now, and have loss a total of 20 pounds. My G1C has went down 5% the hardest part of this journey is working out.

Easy to use and understand. All staff are nice and kind. Helpful hints on regular normal meals, exercises and real normal lifestyles. ( meaning they understand life is busy and squeezing in time for all this can be difficult and they get that )
