Brilliant customer care
Delivery men got lost to start with. Then said they only leave sofa in the hall? Then the ceiling was too low I really don't understand I've already had 2 sofas here with no problem. Still waiting for my refund and answer from company they are apparently investigating it. Also taken £100 off refund for non delivery completely disgusted
Well thank you so much for your understanding and complete refund and customer support. It’s a shame it didn’t fit in the flat never had that problem before and it was a beautiful sofa

Have to score 1 star so far as its been 15 days since I placed an order and still no date for delivery. No correspondence what so ever unless I reach out 1st to which both times have been told delivery info isnt yet available! Its getting ridiculous now. Happy to take £500 off me but yet to supply what I ordered . Nowhere prior to ordering did it say it would be a long time to waot for delivery or I would have ordered elsewhere

CHEAP QUALITY- SOFA FRAME BROKE TWICE IN 2 MONTHS

Wish I’d never bought my sofa from this company. I’ve only had it a couple of months and sat down on it and the wooden frame broke. Absolutely shocking for a sofa costing over £1.2k. The company agreed to swap the piece but then a different part broke again when sitting down on it. BTW I am only 75kg, not 200kg. Debenhams had to ask them to give me a full refund, I am so glad I bought it through them rather than directly. Thank you Debenhams.
I ask companies… Please stop trying to cut corners by using cheap flimsy wood that will easily break for an item that is supposed to be an investment lasting years. The sofa was also incredibly uncomfortable. Hardly any cushioning. I just bought a new one from the Sofa Club and the quality difference is night and day.

Good large sofa for small budgets
The price was the main attraction for me, wanted something budget friendly. Didn't get any more communication between order confirmation and then choosing a delivery date, so don't panic if you don't hear anything for a few days. Ordered on a Wednesday and delivered the following Thursday, right in time for Easter. Lovely sofa for the £399 price. Came in 2 boxes and needed feet adding which was a doddle. Firm but comfy to sit on. Perfect for someone who hasn't got a big budget or for a first home. The delivery was easy to arrange and the driver kept in contact.
