I never received an order confirmation email. I got one when the item shipped. Then no tracking was ever updated until it arrived in a city not far from me. Also I tried to login to my account and was unable to so I requested a link to change my password 3 different times and still have never gotten any email to reset my password. There are clearly glitches in your system that need attending to.

Poor service
My order was placed on 3/26 and a few days later it was cancelled and a credit issued. Never any contact to say why it was cancelled or who cancelled the order. I did not even know it had been cancelled until I tried to track it two weeks later. I thought it was a bad experience I will not deal with this company again.

Placed an order 10 days ago, have not heard a word, no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation, NOTHING. Emailed customer service inquiring about my order - no response. Will be disputing the charges on my credit card since I did not receive anything. Will never use this bogus company again.

So, why is the product line not what you show?
So, I wanted a certain product, found it on the website; then ordered it. What I got was not what I ordered. I did check and saw there were two products offered, with different SKUs. I selected the one I wanted. Received the package promptly, OK that was good...
Contents, as I said were wrong, so I promptly sent an email. My answer from CS was some error was made between manufacturer current product and what was up for view on the website. As I explained, I found both in my search. Now I see a change in the view able product(s). However, the picture now shows one product(the one I got) but the description reflects what I wanted.
Here is the thing: If I choose to order something online I only have what is shown to me in the product line. I could have just as easily done my shopping from brick and mortar vendors. Then I could have scrutinized two products and chose what I wanted. It is incumbent on you as an online vendor to accurately portray your product line as this is all I have to make judgement on for my selection. It is not the customer's responsibility to ask if he or she will get what is shown in the view-able inventory.
