I ordered a pretty new walking cane. I came in the time stated( pretty quickly)and in good condition. Looked just like the photos of product.

Shipping is ridiculous. I paid for 2 to 4 day shipping on 2 occassions and didnt recieve my order until a week and a half later. The customer service rep, Terri is really sweet and helpful though

Order never came. I payed $75 for products. They confirmed my order. I wrote them weeks later asking where my things are. No reply. It’s now been two months no word from them only spam emails and a charge on my credit card with no products sent to my house.

I picked up my order at the post office on Saturday. I ordered 4 bottles Pantene Level 1 Fine Hairspray. But you sent me 4 bottles Pantene Level 3 Strong Hold Texturizing hairspray, which are entirely different from the ones I ordered.

False advertising with no notification of substitute product. I ordered Bull Frog Water Armor and they substituted Land Sport, which I didn't want, is readily available in my local stores, at a higher price plus shipping.

Next time when someone purchases 1-3 day delivery service you should actually follow through. Also, keeping your customer informed of what happened that caused the lateness would be helpful.

Thanks for great service. I've placed many orders through you guys with no problems. Just recently the items I purchase are no longer available for sale on your site. I've emailed a few times and never have received an email back.

On the website, the men-phor product description states the price was for a 2 pk. I needed 8 pcs hence ordered 4 units of 2 pk each. On receiving the package, there were just 4 pcs in the box. I followed up in an email on Sep 19, 2019 but have not received a response. There appears to be no customer service numbers listed on website to call and sort this issue out.
