Efficiente e simpatico
Ho fatto il corso con il grande Max Morandi a novembre, mi ci sono trovato molto bene, il corso è stato molto utile e costruttivo, e Max è un enciclopedia vivente per tutto quello che riguarda il Bar, ve lo consiglio vivamente.

Corso base barman
Un'esperienza utile ed efficace sia per appassionati, sia per chi vuole lavorare nel settore. Serietà ma anche divertimento. Il corso comprende lezioni di teoria ma anche pratica, indispensabili entrambe. Onorata di aver partecipato con Max come insegnante, un vero professionista.

Ho imparato poco o nulla di pratico al corso.
Sinceramente non ha risposto alle mie aspettative e non lo consiglierei ad altri.
Piuttosto conviene leggersi un libro sull'argomento e allenarsi in autonomia a casa e con amici.
