I was planning on just going ahead and paying off my loan, so I called and asked for the payoff. I could have paid it then but I was heading into work... so I said it can wait until Monday. I call on Monday (only a few days later) and the payoff has somehow gone up 50 bucks. I was completely shocked. She asked if I wanted her to ask the supervisor. I said yes, absolutely. I was polite the entire time. She returned to the phone some time later to inform me there was "nothing they could do." I had explained to her I had just enough to pay off the loan. And I planned on being a returning customer. After this, once my loan is paid I will no longer go through you guys or refer you any longer. The point is to satisfy the customer, within reason, correct? I was completely unsatisfied. I've paid quite a bit of interest already. So you guys definitely got business out of me, even letting me pay off early. Why not satisfy me to redeem the previous loan payoff amount so I could become a returning customer and continue referring you guys?

ACE is always professionald courteous each time I have done business with them. They have and easy and fast system they use to get you the assistance you need.

This is the best cash advance company that I have ever used. I loved the 6 payment installment plan. Once you have made your 6 payments, then your loan has been paid off, not the pay the interest and principle is never touched, like other cash advance companies. You have a customer for life! I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know!

When in hard times I've never had issues getting the help I need and always an easy process.

Ace was there for me in my time of need. The only thing that I would suggest is the ability to log in to your account and view the remaining balance due, as well as the ability to pay off the loan in full through the website instead of having to call and speak with a representative.
