Thanks to Acquire I was able to find a buyer in less than 3 weeks, and more than one offer, so that I could find the best deal.
If you're looking for an easy way to sell (or buy) a digital product, that's the platform I recommend (I sold 4 SaaS products so far).

I've had nothing but great experiences through Acquire.com for multiple acquisitions. The platform is easy to use and connected me with high-profile buyers whom I never would've reached otherwise. Highly recommend, especially if exposure is what you're lacking.

Acquire was instrumental in selling my SaaS business. I went out on my own at first to try to get offers without a broker, and I received 1 LOI. When I posted the business on Acquire, I got 6 LOIs, and I accepted an offer over asking. Selling a business is not easy, but if you are running a profitable, small SaaS business, there is no better place to sell it than Acquire. I had never sold a business before, and Emiley, one of their advisors, met with me at least 5 or 6 times through the process to advise me and support me to sell the business. They do a great job of getting the right eyeballs on your listing, crafting a process to build FOMO and drive up offers/offer price, and help you land the ship with a successful sale.

Working with Ky and the rest of the team at Acquire made selling my business incredibly simple. They took the extra time and effort to help me navigate a lot of the challenges I had in selling my business.

Ky especially was incredible to work with. He understands that this is not simply a transaction and that there are humans on both side of the deal. Fantastic service. Very well put together platform for Micro and mid sized M&A deals. Excellent service and great integrations with Document sharing capabilities and Document templates (APA, LOI, etc) to facilitate the process. The future is now!

I recently sold a small Shopify App (under 50k) on Acquire.com, I did not expect much as it was a small deal and thought it would be all DIY on my part but I was pleasantly surprised by the support I got from them, especially Robbie & Ky, on how to respond to sellers, how to negotiate etc, we had weekly calls which were helpful, the help I got went way beyond my expectations!

I had a poor experience with customer support. They sent me an email about an upcoming subscription renewal but I couldn't find any option to cancel the subscription on their website. I tried to cancel it through Stripe too, but there was no cancellation button there either.

I attempted to contact them via email seven days prior to my subscription renewal, however, I received no response. Despite sending a reminder two days before the renewal date, they still did not reply.

Unfortunately, my credit card was charged many days ago and yet I haven't received any reply from them till now. This experience is really frustrating and seems like a scam!
