Great advice and service!
Excellent advice from John, who really took on board what I needed for the wakeboarding kit my daughter needed. Its great to be able to buy online but have the confidence and expert advice and recommendations too.
The couple of items that needed returning were very convenient and quick with their form.

Wow, what a great experience.
Wow! I ordered these Garment Dragontail shoes yesterday afternoon and they are here this morning. They fit a treat and I'm chuffed to bits with the quality of them. No P&P to pay either which made a huge difference. I will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you.

Paragraph 15 & 15b read as follows:
15) For EU exports, local import duty and / or customs charges may apply and any such charges must be paid by you so please check with your local tax authority before placing your order. Please Note - your UK VAT is deducted for you automatically so you will only pay your VAT / Duty once as your item arrives.
15b) Export orders, For deliveries outside UK or EU areas we will be able to refund the UK VAT if your parcel is exported directly to an address outside the EU. Simply order online in the usual way and then contact us within 14 days of placing your order to receive your refund.
