The product was wonderful guy's

The product was wonderful guy's, and have no problem with you or your team, but the failure was delivery, it was appalling I'm afraid, was told for two days in a row that it would be delivered and then told it's been delayed, and I paid £25 for it?

Great customer service

Really impressed by the great customer service. Ordered a new helmet which arrived swiftly, however as it was a little snug I contacted them for a replacement. Dave, responded within an hour As the item was not available in the larger size. I was given other options in stock and was able to choose a different model. Which arrived just as swiftly 😀
