I never write reviews but Daniel Knott really deserves one. He’s been dealing with all our insurances and mortgages multiple times. Always very communicative, explicit and kind, moving heaven and earth to find the best deals for us. These things have never been so stress-free than since we met him. Massive thank you! Definitely recommended!!

We honestly can’t recommend Dan enough!! We never thought we would be in a position to buy a house but Dan made that possible. It wasn’t an easy process but Dan never give up, constantly updating us throughout the process and kept us in the loop, which when buying your first house is very reassuring. He was amazing throughout the entire process, he told us straight what our possibilities were and what was achievable and I must say throughout the entire process he was the most reliable person to go to for the correct information!

We’ve been in the house for over a month now and we as a family are still in amazement that it’s actually ours, and that’s all down to the work put in by Dan. If you’re debating whether to use a broker than I genuinely wouldn’t recommend any else other than Dan.
